What Data Can Be Deleted?
Can Be Deleted:

Cannot Be Deleted:
- • Transaction records (7-year legal requirement)
- • Loan agreements and payment history
- • KYC documents (regulatory compliance)
- • Fraud prevention records
- • Legal compliance data

Important Notice
Account Closure: Requesting data deletion may result in the closure of your SACCO account, depending on which data you want deleted.
Service Impact: After deletion, you may not be able to access certain services or recover deleted information.
Legal Requirements: Some data must be retained by law for 7 years for banking and financial compliance.
